[00:00:00] Speaker A: WVUAFM Tuscaloosa and welcome back to Student Section MLB here on this Monday, October 28th. I'm your host, Luke Torre, joined by. [00:00:17] Speaker B: Tyler, Harrison and Davis, Cornell. [00:00:19] Speaker A: And it is the World Series, the one we've all been waiting for, the one all of baseball really wanted to see. Yankees, Dodgers, Dodgers took the two first games. We could talk about it a little bit. Game one. Game one was pretty hard to watch. As a Yankee fan, it was a good pitchers. It was a shame that they lost the way that they did because as a baseball fan, that was an incredible game. As a Yankee fan, I was living and dying through the entire thing, so there was no way for me to enjoy it. But crazy baseball game. Freddie Freeman comes through on a horrible, horrible decision for Baron Boone on bringing in a guy who hasn't pitched in over five weeks over a guy who has a 60% ground ball rate and has tossed five and two thirds scoreless in the postseason. I think anybody with half a brain would have brought in Tim Hill, but you know, whatever. It's one game. Supposed to bounce back in game two and that didn't happen. The offense went dead for about the entire game until the last inning. And the Yankees did they do best, and that's give us false hope. And here we are down 2 0, going back to the Bronx. I woke up today after Saturday. I was sitting there, I was like, it's over. I mean, it's, it's done. We're, we're screwed. It's done now. I woke up today feeling pretty optimistic, pretty confident. We're in the Bronx. All right, let's show them what we're made of. Let's go out there, let's win a couple games straight. Three games straight. I'm not asking for three games straight. Let's go just take one game at a time. But back to the Bronx. If they can win two at home, why can't we? Let's tie it up. Let's go. So game five is about to start. [00:02:06] Speaker C: Game three. [00:02:07] Speaker A: Game three is about to start. Not game five. I don't know why I said game five. Game three is about to start. First game in the Bronx. It's actually probably not about to start because I know they're going to do some concerts and whatnot. [00:02:20] Speaker C: Said time was 708, that it was going to start 745. [00:02:24] Speaker A: We can preview the matchup tonight. I mean, we got Bueller on the mound for the Dodgers and then Clark Schmidt on the mound for the Yankees in an absolute must win game Here in the World Series. I like Schmidt. It's been pretty consistent for us. Bueller has been shaky. So this is a game that, you know, the Yankees need to win and would be a great. A great one to take advantage of the pitching. I'd say advantage slighted pitching advantage. [00:02:50] Speaker C: Yeah, Bueller was really good, like 21 and 22. And he had. What was it? Tommy John. [00:02:55] Speaker B: Yeah, he did the same thing as Tommy John. [00:02:57] Speaker C: Yeah, he had to get Tommy John surgery and was not, you could say, mid this season. No, he was terrible this season. Postseason. I think he had an okay couple of innings against the Mets and then got smashed around multiple times in this offseason. I think the Yankees have to take advantage of that because they couldn't take advantage of runners in scoring position the last two games. [00:03:21] Speaker A: I think it's dead. [00:03:23] Speaker C: I mean, the bats went dead. [00:03:24] Speaker A: It comes down. It's really plain and simple. I mean, if Judge isn't hitting, we have zero chance to win. Yeah, that's. That is. It's as simple as that. If Judge is not hitting, we have zero chance. And unfortunately, it's not that he's just not hitting. It's. He looks lost. [00:03:41] Speaker B: I mean, yeah, he's swinging at everything. [00:03:43] Speaker A: He's swinging at stuff out of the zone. He's not swinging his stuff in the zone. [00:03:47] Speaker C: I mean, he's missing Meatball. [00:03:49] Speaker A: He's very late on fastballs. I mean, he's getting beat with 93. 90 because he's up there overthinking and guessing on everything. And unless he. I mean, he's the best hitter on the planet, he can turn it around. If anybody could turn around, he could turn it around. But it's got to happen right now. You're down 20 in the world Series. The biggest stage, dude, you still have time to prove everybody wrong. And everybody saying, you can't hit in October, you can't hit in October. You still have time to cement your name in Yankee legacy. You're down to. [00:04:20] Speaker C: He did it against Class A. He was playing bad against the Guardians, and then it took one swing and he turned that series around. Even though in the end they did lose that game. That was a very good game, but still, that was that. You got production. You can see that in a split second. All it takes is one good swing, and the best hitter on the planet is going to do something for you. [00:04:43] Speaker A: I mean, it's. He's got to get it going. And some thought people were going to make the Yankees, were going to make some changes to the lineup. Maybe dropping Judge down out of the three hole, maybe moving him up to two. Who knows? They thought something needed a shakeup. Joe Torre did it in 96, and it ended up working out. They won four straight. But, I mean, he benched, like, key players. Paul O'Neal was benched after game two by Joe Torre. I mean, I don't think Boone has the, you know, gonads. Yeah. To go ahead and do that, but. And here we are. He didn't. But he did put in Trevino. I hope I have to eat my words about this, but I don't really know if I agree with that. I don't. I agree. Changes needed to be made. We're down 20 in the biggest dance. Like, now's the time you got to do it. But I don't think that was the decision. I don't think that was the change you had to make. I hope I have to eat my words about this. I hope Trevino proves me wrong and he goes out there and he throws out a runner who's trying to steal or two and he hits a double or something. Does something. I hope I have to eat my words, but I don't think this is the change that we were really looking for or that is going to make the difference for us, but we'll see. [00:05:57] Speaker C: Speaking of bad managerial decisions from Boone, specifically the production you're getting out of Tim Hill in a situation in the bottom of the 10th with the bases loaded, you can't pitch a righty to Freddie Freeman. [00:06:10] Speaker A: Right. [00:06:10] Speaker C: But at the same time, you can't pitch a lefty because he is extremely good against lefties. I don't know. I don't know why you bring in Nestor Cortez. [00:06:19] Speaker A: I don't either. The guy who hasn't pitched in 10 in over five weeks, 37 days. [00:06:22] Speaker C: I mean, did either one of y'all. Because I know both of y'all Yankees fans. Did either one of y'all get excited when. First pitch. No. [00:06:27] Speaker A: I mean, first pitch popped him out. [00:06:29] Speaker C: No. [00:06:29] Speaker A: When he threw that first pitch right down the middle, I said, wow, we got lucky. He just missed one. I don't want to see a pitch near the zone for this for Freeman. I don't want. I want to throw a slider, maybe see if he. He's a little jittery in this situation. No. 92 right down the middle. Goodbye. [00:06:45] Speaker C: Yeah. It's not even like it's a competitive. I'm Okay. I am not saying hitting 92 is not. None of us could step into a box right now and hit it. But for Freddie Freeman, you need 97, 98 in on the hands to get a foul ball, a broken bat. He had two broken bats in the same at bat earlier that game. Getting eaten up if you bring in speed. [00:07:05] Speaker A: And by the way, another decision from Boone. Why are we taking our ace out in game one at 88 pitches? [00:07:11] Speaker C: Why did he have. Why have such a short leash? [00:07:14] Speaker A: Was it the six? [00:07:16] Speaker C: What, did he walk the guy? [00:07:18] Speaker B: And they pulled. [00:07:19] Speaker C: Yeah, lead off walk and they pulled. That was so dumb. [00:07:21] Speaker B: And they should have kept Weaver in for the 10th. He had 19 pigeons and they pulled them decisions. [00:07:27] Speaker C: I don't know why I'm getting mad. I'm a Braves fan. I can only imagine how y'all feel. But what I was saying was Freddie Freeman. I saw a couple tiktoks about it. That Freddie Freeman coming up clutch in that scenario. Getting a hit. You. You just had in your mind. And like, man, that is a very clutch hitter. A good contact batter that you get the home run unexpected. But a first pitch. 92 didn't even get in it on the hands. It was just kind of lefties like it in. And you give him 92 middle in. [00:07:57] Speaker B: I would have rather nest your throne to Mookie, honestly. Just pound him in with cutters. Mookie's. [00:08:03] Speaker C: I think. I think at that point, you'd rather just hit Freddie, get him out, go into another extra inning. [00:08:08] Speaker A: Freddie Freeman, in his career against Tim Hill, I believe, was over 11. [00:08:13] Speaker B: Wow. I didn't realize that. [00:08:14] Speaker C: Are you serious? And. And they. Oh, oh, and Tim Hill has that sidearm. So, like, it freaks out lefties because you're throwing from almost inside their body. I. I'm preaching to the choir here. You're right. [00:08:29] Speaker A: It's like I said, anyone with half a brain would put in tim. [00:08:33] Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. [00:08:35] Speaker A: Mr. Cortez is like family would put in Tim Hill in that situation in the game, I think. I'm not kidding. [00:08:42] Speaker C: I think Freddie would have said, hey, you probably want to put in Freddie Freeman. [00:08:47] Speaker A: Seriously. Putting in Nestor Cortez, who hasn't pitched in. Oh, yeah, here. Nestor, you haven't been on the. On a baseball field in over five weeks. But here. Here's the best player on the planet and the former best player on the planet back to back. Go get him out. He throws two pitches. He would think he maybe got him out. [00:09:06] Speaker C: It was like. It was like, hey, here's the. Here's the last. Here's three of the last four MVPs that you have to face. Oh, and then you have to face the 2018 MVP. Oh, and then you have to face the 2020 MVP in 2019. Silver slugger. Have fun. And it's the 10th inning of game. [00:09:18] Speaker B: One of the world. [00:09:19] Speaker C: Bottom of the 10th, bottom of the 10th, and you're up. [00:09:22] Speaker B: Biggest spot of his life. [00:09:24] Speaker C: I don't know. Well, on a. On a lighter note, when it comes to just being baseball fans, Freddie Freeman has four straight World Series games with a home run because he hit one in game five and game six of the 2021 series and obviously hit one in game one. [00:09:38] Speaker A: I hope that streak ends tonight. [00:09:41] Speaker C: I. For the sake of the series lasting longer because more baseball is fun. Yes. As someone who enjoys Frederick, I would like to see it maybe a crap time home run. Can we agree on that? If y'all are up like seven, sure. [00:10:04] Speaker B: Show. [00:10:04] Speaker C: That was. That was a no from Luke. Even though he said sure. [00:10:09] Speaker A: Sure. I'm okay with that, I guess. [00:10:12] Speaker C: George. Okay, how about this? George Springer holds the record for it, and nobody likes Astros. [00:10:17] Speaker A: Sure. He can hit one if we're up 15. Nothing. That's it. [00:10:24] Speaker C: Maybe. Don't start Rodan again. [00:10:27] Speaker A: Am I sitting in that dugout right now making the decisions? I wish I was. I think we'd be tied 1:1 right now if I was, but I'm not, so don't. Don't tell me to not start, Radon. I can't do that. I don't have that authority. [00:10:46] Speaker C: He had a good first time through the order. [00:10:49] Speaker B: He's just so fast. [00:10:51] Speaker A: You're starting pitcher. You're required to go. You're expected to go more than just one inning. [00:10:58] Speaker C: See, I do understand that, but small wins. Small win. [00:11:02] Speaker A: It's small wins on the big. [00:11:03] Speaker C: Your shirt. Your shirt says it ain't over till it's over. So, like. Yeah, exactly. So, like, small wins. You gotta. I'm sorry. [00:11:12] Speaker A: We need to win two more to get to the next game that Rodan might pitch in. We gotta tie it up first. [00:11:19] Speaker C: You get Bueller. [00:11:19] Speaker A: Don even gets in a possibility to enter the game. [00:11:24] Speaker C: Y'all are gonna win tonight. [00:11:26] Speaker A: Don't know why you're saying that. [00:11:28] Speaker C: No, you have to say. You have to put it in your head. [00:11:30] Speaker A: No, you don't, because then you just jinx in it. And I don't like jinxes. [00:11:35] Speaker B: They gotta get their bullpen early for the bat. Bullpen game. [00:11:38] Speaker A: Yeah, we do. We need to buer real fast. [00:11:42] Speaker C: So you need off to rip from labor Judge. [00:11:46] Speaker B: Soto Judge. [00:11:48] Speaker A: Give me a. Get me a. So a Glabor 10 pitch at bat, walk Soto, single, judge three on homer. That'd be awesome. And like 25 pitches in the first inning for Bueller. Like, why not? [00:12:02] Speaker C: I think what you see from Gleyber to. Because they're in a commercial break right now, they're about to throw the first pitch. I think the very. I think the very first at bat with Gleyber Torres, I think that's going to determine. You're either going to get a good at bat. I mean, even if you get a 7 pitch at bat, like out, that's still a good at bat. That's a good. That's a good outcome. Even if it's like six, seven pitch, whatever, that's a good outcome. Soto is going to give you good at bats. That your first three batters in the bottom of the first are going to determine how that whole game pans out. And I mean, we'll be about to find out. Yeah. I was about to say, now, granted, y'all do. Y'all do pitch first, so. [00:12:41] Speaker A: Right. [00:12:42] Speaker B: Need a 1, 2, 3. [00:12:43] Speaker C: You need a 1, 2, 3 from Schmidt against Ohtani, Mookie, Freddy. [00:12:50] Speaker A: I'm curious to see how Tawny's shoulder implements his play today. [00:12:54] Speaker B: He's in a sling. [00:12:55] Speaker C: They said he was in a sling. He's not stealing. That's what Dave Roberts said. [00:12:58] Speaker A: He hit multiple I. Trevino's catching, but. [00:13:01] Speaker C: Like, he hit multiple balls off the tee at 105 plus in warmups today. I don't necessarily think it's going to be like, oh, he's lacking power. Plus, it's a. I'm sorry in advance. It's a short porch. He's not going to need as much power. [00:13:16] Speaker A: Right. [00:13:17] Speaker B: They're gonna steal all over Trevino. I think I could steal off Trevino. [00:13:20] Speaker C: Didn't he win a Gold Glove, or. [00:13:22] Speaker B: Am I thinking he won a platinum Glove? He has no arm, though, since his injury. He has a worst pop time in baseball. [00:13:28] Speaker A: Oh, well, there's no. Well, there's no bright side to Trevine. [00:13:35] Speaker C: I was trying to be nice. I was like, I don't think y'all are gonna be like, like happy for an injury is. [00:13:39] Speaker A: That's wild, obviously. [00:13:41] Speaker C: But at least his legs still work. His sliding doesn't. So. [00:13:47] Speaker A: Right. [00:13:47] Speaker C: Take it as you may. [00:13:49] Speaker A: Right, right, right. [00:13:52] Speaker C: So first pitch, I think is about to. About to happen. Jeter already throughout the ceremonial first pitch. [00:13:59] Speaker A: Yeah. They're running like a program right now. [00:14:04] Speaker C: Didn't they say game start at 708? [00:14:06] Speaker A: Yeah, 808 Eastern now at 8:14 Eastern, but it's like the same thing last night with the Ice Cubes. The Ice Cube concert. [00:14:18] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Yeah. [00:14:20] Speaker A: It's pretty cool. [00:14:21] Speaker C: But I was like. I was like, oh, he's gonna walk out of where the bullpen is and then walk back. Nope. No. He slow walked out of center field and then proceeded to slow walk the entire length to home plate, I guess. Got it. They were. I guess they weren't ready. Somebody lost their jersey or something. [00:14:39] Speaker A: Oh, man. This is gonna be a stressful, stressful, stressful few hours watching this game. [00:14:45] Speaker C: Yeah. For anybody listening, this is a. This is a. This is gonna be a more chill episode because we've only got one baseball game on next week. We've got free agency starting and a recap of the World Series, because no matter how many games it goes, it will be done. [00:14:56] Speaker A: Quite frankly, this is the most important baseball game I've ever watched in my entire life. So please understand that I would rather do a podcast in this setting as opposed to. [00:15:11] Speaker C: No, that's understood. [00:15:12] Speaker A: Yeah. Like, focusing on. [00:15:14] Speaker C: I'll fill time. [00:15:16] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:15:16] Speaker C: I mean, hope everybody's day is. [00:15:18] Speaker A: I'm trying to get to the Bronx. Hopefully we can win so I can have that opportunity for game five. I go home tomorrow. Like I said, off. Off air before to the guys, but I have a flight tomorrow. Hopefully the guys can get a. Get it done tonight so I could have the opportunity to maybe go to a game. As they're showing Dodgers lineup. Shohei leading off, Mookie second. Freeman first. [00:15:44] Speaker C: I'm guessing we're watching. I'm guessing we're watching. First inning, and then Tay. [00:15:46] Speaker A: Oscar Muncie Smith. Yeah. Maybe first half inning, and then we'll go to a break, and then. Okay, we'll figure it out. But I just want to say. [00:15:57] Speaker C: I was about to say. I don't know, man. If something big happens, I don't want to miss your reaction. I don't want the commercial break to take up you reacting to, like, good things happen. [00:16:04] Speaker A: Yeah. Or bad things. [00:16:05] Speaker B: I'm a cry. [00:16:06] Speaker C: No, no. Now, we need be on a commercial break if bad things happen for a lot of different rules, but, yep. [00:16:13] Speaker A: That is. [00:16:14] Speaker C: I'm here. I'm the. I'm a bridge. [00:16:16] Speaker A: I love it. I love it. Clark Schmidt on the mound. I don't know if you guys saw this, but Clark Schmidt's dad is like, the team pilot now. [00:16:24] Speaker C: The team. [00:16:25] Speaker A: He, like, flew them to LA for the. For the first two games, man. Yeah. They were asking about it, like, during media day, and it was Pretty cool. [00:16:33] Speaker C: That's what's up. [00:16:34] Speaker A: Yeah, it's like, pretty cool with the players. Players. Dad is a team pilot. [00:16:38] Speaker C: Do the Yankees do towels? Like, I don't know. [00:16:42] Speaker A: I mean, maybe in the World Series. I don't know. [00:16:43] Speaker C: I've never free shirts, like, white out. [00:16:47] Speaker A: Yeah, they. Sometimes they give out stuff, but it depends on. [00:16:53] Speaker C: No, it's Clark Spit needs to get at. What's he. Is he a sinker? Sinker Cutter. [00:16:59] Speaker B: Yeah, exactly. [00:17:02] Speaker A: Okay, cutter, sweeper, knuckle curve, two seam. [00:17:04] Speaker B: Egan. [00:17:05] Speaker C: What does Ohtani struggle against? [00:17:07] Speaker B: Not much. [00:17:07] Speaker C: Okay, what is the cutters in? [00:17:09] Speaker B: Get him to break his. [00:17:10] Speaker C: What does Mookie struggle again? [00:17:11] Speaker A: Nothing. Okay, nothing, nothing. [00:17:15] Speaker C: Tay, Oscar. [00:17:16] Speaker A: Nothing. [00:17:17] Speaker C: He can't hit inside pitches. [00:17:18] Speaker A: Sometimes the off speed, sometimes the heater. I don't know. [00:17:22] Speaker C: I say we pitch. I say y'all pitch. Like. Like Kanely. All nine innings. Just change up, change up, change up. He's a 56 straight. 56 straight. How did that must be a crate. That must be a Trevor Hoffman type change. [00:17:34] Speaker A: I mean, yeah, if you live. It's that good. And they can barely hit it until show. Hey, but you know what I mean. All right, here. Here steps Shohei in game three of the World Series. [00:17:46] Speaker C: I'm sure Yankees fans. [00:17:47] Speaker A: I'm freaking. [00:17:49] Speaker C: Well, yes. Minus freaking out. I mean, I'm hoping y'all may be like, oh, that injury, maybe it can affect his power. So maybe maybe some weak contact. [00:17:57] Speaker A: I don't know. I just hope he's not. [00:17:59] Speaker C: Like I said, while yalls blood pressure rises. I will. I will. The white noise. [00:18:04] Speaker A: Yeah. In steps, Shohei. Here's the first pitch of the game from Schmidt, and he's Clark Schmidt winded. [00:18:11] Speaker C: Up getting game three started for the World Series, and it is way too high. Ball one. [00:18:17] Speaker A: Man. [00:18:18] Speaker C: Shohei this postseason is batting.260 with three home runs and 10 RBI. But he's not batting well with no one on. [00:18:25] Speaker B: So we'll take what we can get. [00:18:27] Speaker C: Exactly. [00:18:28] Speaker A: Yep. [00:18:30] Speaker C: Quickly. [00:18:31] Speaker A: Two. Oh. Very fast. [00:18:32] Speaker C: Was a close take. I don't know. [00:18:34] Speaker A: A little outside. [00:18:38] Speaker C: The turtlenecks for game three. Oh, yeah. [00:18:40] Speaker A: They've been having the turtlenecks been going. [00:18:42] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. [00:18:43] Speaker A: I don't know. The nothing. Not the Dodgers. I haven't seen, but all right. Not good. [00:18:48] Speaker C: Slow start for Schmidt. Three. Oh. Count to Shohei to lead the game off. [00:18:51] Speaker A: It's not what you like to see. [00:18:53] Speaker C: We will be getting a mound visit after the first battery. [00:18:58] Speaker A: That is not what you like to see. [00:19:01] Speaker C: Yankee Stadium obviously filled. It's World Series. [00:19:04] Speaker B: First time in 15 years. Four pitch walk. [00:19:08] Speaker C: Four pitch walk to start Shohei. And while he. While he strolls to first base while y'all watch yourself. I was gonna say it. I saw a documentary about Game 1 where the Dodgers, anytime they play in the Bronx, like, fill the stadium, like, it gets loud. [00:19:26] Speaker A: Yeah, I saw in the regular season they did that. [00:19:29] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:19:30] Speaker A: And they actually had a pretty good crowd show out. But we're not letting that happen. [00:19:36] Speaker C: I was about to say that can't be the case now. [00:19:37] Speaker A: Right. We're not letting that happen. [00:19:38] Speaker C: How did that happen? Was that just coincidence? Was it because that's cross country? It's not like it's just a drive. [00:19:44] Speaker A: I don't know. They kind of just showed up. [00:19:46] Speaker B: I mean, they're in Brooklyn before, so I feel like they have a decent. [00:19:49] Speaker C: Amount of Dodger fans somehow. Slipped my mind. You're right. That makes sense. I don't know why Schmidt is trying to pick off Shohei. I don't think the Dodgers would want to risk another injury of him. [00:20:04] Speaker A: Yeah, but just, hey, like, who knows? Maybe it's better than they're making it seem. [00:20:09] Speaker C: And yeah, I guess Dave Roberts isn't gonna tell reporters, like, oh, yeah, Shohei's absolutely stealing that. Yeah, that would kind of give it away. [00:20:17] Speaker A: Plus, even though he could probably steal standing up against Trevino, that is also fair. [00:20:25] Speaker C: Y'all know more about the Yankees than I do, so I'm gonna. [00:20:27] Speaker A: Mm. Trust me. I've seen this team a long time. I watched them too much. [00:20:36] Speaker C: Well, while you're going about it, you said the most important game that you've ever witnessed is probably today. [00:20:40] Speaker A: It is today. [00:20:42] Speaker C: My most important. Probably game six. [00:20:44] Speaker A: I mean, I watched. I was there watching in 2009, but I was five years old, so I'm not really counting that. [00:20:50] Speaker C: That's fair. [00:20:51] Speaker A: Cuz I didn't really know what was going on. [00:20:53] Speaker C: That's fair. [00:20:54] Speaker B: Do you remember? [00:20:54] Speaker A: I mean, I could say I don't remember it, honestly. I mean, I started the parade a little bit. What? But like, nothing. Nothing, really? [00:21:04] Speaker C: You were there with Volpe? I was. I started being a brave fan about 2011. So I got the last year, year and a half of Chipper. Like that. I can hold on to that. [00:21:15] Speaker A: Yeah, that's. That's a good. [00:21:17] Speaker C: That doesn't mean I watched. [00:21:20] Speaker B: I'll never forget Chipper's last game, that Wild Card game where they literally started throwing stuff on the field after a horrible infield fly goal. [00:21:27] Speaker C: Man, I remember that. [00:21:31] Speaker A: Yeah. Wait, he's like, holding his shoulder in place. You guys see that? [00:21:34] Speaker C: Yeah, that's a sub location. Like it's a minor dislocation. [00:21:37] Speaker A: Standing there like, like holding his shirt. Mm, that's crazy that he's like playing. He can like swing. [00:21:45] Speaker C: Your phone froze. Bad timing. [00:21:46] Speaker A: That's a strike. That's a questionable call. The umpires, I will say throughout this series both ways have been terrible. [00:21:55] Speaker C: Well, yeah, I saw the lineup for the umpires for the umpires for all the games that they were set and they were like 73rd rank in the MLB. Like why would you do that for the World Series? I mean, rehire Angel Hernandez if you're gonna do that. That's crap. [00:22:07] Speaker B: Just give me robot. [00:22:09] Speaker C: Yeah, let's go. [00:22:10] Speaker B: At least like the army. [00:22:12] Speaker C: I really hope one of them calls. [00:22:14] Speaker A: All right, let's go. One out flat to Verdugo. [00:22:18] Speaker C: And Freddie Freeman, who is probably the front runner for World Series MVP at the current moment, is up to bat. [00:22:25] Speaker A: Long series. [00:22:26] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:22:27] Speaker B: Double play victim. [00:22:30] Speaker A: Yeah, double play victim. You would think you'd bring in the guy with a 60% ground ball ratio. Ratio. [00:22:36] Speaker C: You would think. [00:22:37] Speaker A: But not gonna. Not gonna go back to that. Let's just focus on here. Right here. Come on, Schmitty. Good pitch. Great first pitch right there. George Springer. I hate when Astros get mentioned in like. [00:22:56] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:22:57] Speaker A: World Series history. They don't belong there. [00:23:00] Speaker C: I think both fan bases can. Can look at that graphic and in unison say we hate the Astros. Yeah. This is the battle of the two teams that got that got robbed out. [00:23:12] Speaker A: Of the Astros would have been us that year. [00:23:17] Speaker C: I couldn't imagine how pissed Chapman was after that walk off. I couldn't imagine because he knew it too. [00:23:24] Speaker A: It's a good pitch. 1 and 2 on Freeman. Oscar batten for today. [00:23:34] Speaker C: I would. I would think so. He was batting forth. [00:23:37] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:23:37] Speaker C: Previous two games are he batted third and wait. No, no. Edmund was clean up. I thought he got moved down to nine. [00:23:44] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:23:44] Speaker B: And there's Freddy again. [00:23:46] Speaker C: Oh, wow. Freddy Freeman has now tied the all time record for most consecutive World Series games with the home run. [00:23:59] Speaker B: Not a good start. [00:24:02] Speaker C: This. This could be a long day. [00:24:05] Speaker A: That one really, really hurts to see. [00:24:08] Speaker C: How far was it? [00:24:09] Speaker A: The one thing you gotta do here is get a zero in the first inning and you fail to do that. [00:24:16] Speaker C: Best Yankees can hope for is an offensive shootout now. Wow, that sucks. Well, let's see if she making bounce back. Who's bet is it Tay? [00:24:33] Speaker A: Oscar. Yeah. [00:24:34] Speaker C: Okay. Yeah. Well then Schmidt needs to let him. Let him bounce back. Try not to. Try not to give up. Back to backs, two straight games. Who do you have starting game four? [00:24:56] Speaker B: Luis heel. [00:24:58] Speaker C: Luis Hill versus a bullpen game. Yeah. Okay. Okay. He had, he had a very good start to the season. I, I hope that for y'all. [00:25:10] Speaker A: I hope that was one. That was just the one Schmidt mistake. You can settle. You get the nerves out of the way. Settle in now. Let's go. Just get out of the inning. [00:25:23] Speaker C: Kind of like, oh, it's gross. Kind of like Yamamoto, like he gave up one hit the last game, but it just so happened to be a home run. [00:25:29] Speaker A: Right. [00:25:30] Speaker C: If that's the case here, just get. [00:25:31] Speaker A: The nerves out of the way. Settle in. Let's go. Keep it at 2. [00:25:40] Speaker C: I don't know who's batting fifth behind. Hey, Oscar. I would think Max Muncie. [00:25:46] Speaker A: Muncie did get dropped down to seventh in Game 2, though. [00:25:51] Speaker C: I thought Lux did. Or was Lux a pinch hitter? [00:25:55] Speaker A: No, Lux was eighth. Maybe. Or maybe Lux didn't play in game two, but yeah, I mean, that's the exact same spot that he hit the homer off in game one. [00:26:06] Speaker C: This middle inside. I don't know why you don't. I don't know why you don't just. Man. [00:26:15] Speaker A: Yeah, but yeah, here's Muncie. [00:26:17] Speaker C: Okay, who had a. What a crazy last two series getting on base. What was it, 13 straight times he's due to. [00:26:25] Speaker A: He always kills the Yankees and hasn't done much in the series yet. And kind of just waiting for that moment. [00:26:33] Speaker C: Honestly, if y'all get last season, regular season. Muncie right here. That's. That's good. That's a good thing. [00:26:41] Speaker A: I hope so. Hopefully Clark can get out of this so we could head to break before the Yankees come to bat. [00:26:50] Speaker C: But yeah. [00:26:56] Speaker B: Nice. [00:26:56] Speaker A: There it is. All right, we will be right back after this half inning. Two nothing. Dodgers. Be right back. WVUAFM Tuscaloosa all right, welcome back to student section MLB. Gleyberg Torres let off with a seven pitch walk and Juan Soto is quickly behind 01 here in the bottom of the first inning. Bueller, like we said, is on the mound. It's a 11 count to soto as he breaks out the little shuffle, but love to see that out of Gleyber. [00:27:47] Speaker C: I saw a clip earlier of Zach Greinke nearly taking out the Soto Shuffle in 2019. He don't play with that. [00:27:55] Speaker A: Two in one count. Now they're a high and away curve ball like he lost the grip on it. It's a little brisk in the Bronx tonight. I was checking the weather earlier it is 51 right now there. It's actually not that it feels like 47, but throughout the night. It'll get colder. It's going to drop down a little bit. That's a tough call there. I don't know if that's really a strike. Got a 2, 2 count on Soto here. [00:28:33] Speaker C: From my angle, I thought that curve ball was just a straight strike. [00:28:36] Speaker A: No, just took it looking just a little bit. [00:28:42] Speaker B: Drop. [00:28:44] Speaker A: Is it going. [00:28:44] Speaker C: Is that getting down lower's head? [00:28:46] Speaker A: Oh. Teoscar Hernandez makes a good play on a pretty good drive from Soto. The other way. And here's Judge. I wonder if they're cheering him or booing him. [00:28:57] Speaker B: Got a standing ovation. [00:28:59] Speaker A: He did. I love it. I love it. [00:29:01] Speaker C: Okay. [00:29:02] Speaker A: That's what I like to see. [00:29:03] Speaker C: We've seen that work. It is just a boost of confidence. [00:29:06] Speaker A: You love to see. [00:29:06] Speaker C: Which goes back to what we were saying when we were. When people were suggesting Aaron Boone drop him in the lineup. That would either light a fire under him or he would play so much worse because that is such a. I. [00:29:18] Speaker A: Mean, I don't really know how much worse he. Right off the bat, he misses. 96 right down the middle. I don't know if the ovation really is gonna work. I need it to. This game's gonna get real frustrating real fast. If he's starting to chase again and doing everything that he's been doing, just hope he can finally break out of it. Get into one man tied up here or something. Tied up. [00:29:52] Speaker C: Even just a base hit or just a walk. Just anything. [00:29:54] Speaker A: Anything. Keep it. Just get. Get yourself going. I thought that he broke that single off Bruised our garage roll. I thought that was going to get him going. [00:30:01] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:30:01] Speaker A: In la, and it didn't. He's hitless since then. [00:30:07] Speaker C: That was game one. [00:30:08] Speaker A: That was game one. Yes. And here's one. One pitch to Judge. Low two and one. [00:30:15] Speaker C: Okay. [00:30:17] Speaker A: Two and one. I love. I love that they're wearing the exact same. I don't know if you saw Tyler. They're wearing day. The turtlenecks that the Yankees are wearing are the exact turtlenecks that they Wore in the 2000s because they had them, like, in storage because it's cotton and they're. They like them better because they're warmer. They're more comfortable. So they're okay. They're wearing the same ones that like Jeter War back in the day. Like all those. They had them in a. I'm guessing. [00:30:42] Speaker C: Jeter and Judge don't wear the same size. [00:30:44] Speaker A: Probably Volpe and Judge, if I had. [00:30:46] Speaker B: To guess David Wells or something. [00:30:51] Speaker A: Seriously. Cece Sabathia. 3 2. Count on Judge Now. [00:30:57] Speaker C: Now, I didn't see. I didn't see it in the game. Like, I didn't see the turtleneck itself, but I did see something earlier that. They had that in storage. [00:31:04] Speaker A: Yeah, it's pretty cool. [00:31:06] Speaker C: Is it two two or three two. [00:31:07] Speaker A: It's three two now. That's. It's good. The Judge didn't chase at that curve. [00:31:10] Speaker C: Y'all getting good at bats. Like the soda. 17 pitch, deep drive. Even though it was catch. Yeah. [00:31:19] Speaker A: Come on, Judge. You win it. When the at bat and he strikes out swinging on a cutter out of the zone, I mean, people are gonna. [00:31:25] Speaker B: Start calling this guy Mr. July. [00:31:28] Speaker C: That's crazy. Sorry, Mr. Regular Season. [00:31:36] Speaker A: Doesn'T end. Tell you what, it is really, really frustrating watching this happen. As a Yankee fan, I can't really explain it. It's really hard. [00:31:48] Speaker C: As a Braves fan, it feels like Matt Olson, but worse. [00:31:53] Speaker A: It'S really, really hard to watch him struggle. [00:31:56] Speaker B: Strikeouts and 41 postseason at bats. This postseason, he almost with a 50% K rate. [00:32:05] Speaker C: Oh, that's. That's that stat. I saw that he's doing worse than like Martin Maldonado. Oh. [00:32:16] Speaker A: Yeah. It is not. Not what you like to see whatsoever, honestly. [00:32:27] Speaker C: Still got Mr. October up to bat, though. Yes. You got playoff stand. [00:32:31] Speaker A: I don't know. That might be Freddie Free Freeman at this point. [00:32:37] Speaker C: It was a good take. Cutter falling away from him. [00:32:41] Speaker A: I love how for the rest of the team they have a graphic that says two men band. It's Stanton and Soto and then rest of team. And the rest of the team is just the picture of Aaron Boone. Stanton rolls over and that'll be. That'll do it. [00:32:55] Speaker B: Not an ideal. [00:32:56] Speaker A: Very spinning Bueller. 30 pitches, though. I guess that's okay to see. [00:33:01] Speaker C: 30 pitches. [00:33:02] Speaker B: That's nice. [00:33:03] Speaker C: Goodness. [00:33:04] Speaker A: It's okay to see. [00:33:05] Speaker C: But it's what you want because if y'all can get to their bullpen today, if y'all can get to their bullpen and squeak out a win, then their bullpen is going to be tired for a bullpen game tomorrow. That's. That's good scenarios. [00:33:15] Speaker A: We're gonna go to a short break here just in between this. This happening and then we'll just go for the last, last 15, 20 after the break. [00:33:24] Speaker C: Sounds good. [00:33:25] Speaker A: So we will be right back here on Student section at Melville, wvuafm, Tuscaloosa. And welcome back to students section mlb. Quick out in the top of the second a Deep fly to right field from Will Smith. That made my heart drop. [00:33:59] Speaker C: That wasn't just. That was a. That was a small gust of wind. [00:34:05] Speaker A: Power. And now Gavin Lux is up. Looks like Clark Schmidt's having a little bit of trouble locating here early, which is exactly not what we need. [00:34:17] Speaker C: I wanna, I want to talk realistic while. While this game goes on. This is the two number one seeds. How does the baseball world react if one of the one seeds gets swept or even not swept, just five game dominated. I mean that in a realistic manner. I know, it's terrible. [00:34:35] Speaker A: It's fair. It's a fair question. I don't know. I don't know how the world reacts. I mean if there's really a script, that won't happen. And the. We'll see. [00:34:47] Speaker C: We'll see seven games, y'all. [00:34:48] Speaker A: Even if they go down, if the script is real. And these are the two best teams. Baseball, the mob, love Shohei. The Freeman walk off the Shohei injury to add drama. I mean there wouldn't be a documentary that they're doing, the Apple TV documentary. What are you gonna film on in a sweep? There's gonna be no drama in a sweep. [00:35:07] Speaker C: They don't want that documentary. [00:35:10] Speaker A: I'm being honest. It's a sweep. Like it's making too much sense. [00:35:15] Speaker C: It's making too much sense. [00:35:17] Speaker A: I'm just saying as. What if it's like Schmidt gets luck swinging there for his second strikeout. What were you say, Ty? [00:35:24] Speaker C: I was going to say what if it's a little. What if it's like a three year series documentary. Multiple seasons. Dodgers dominate one series, Yankees dominate next year and then they meet. I know. I don't want to see him. For the love of God. I like that we're getting a new World Series champion like every year. What has it been every year since 2000? Yeah, the last back to back winners were. Was the 90s or 99,000. Would have been 4 year if it weren't for Kurt Schilling and Randy Johnson and Luis Gonzalez getting eaten up on a 97. [00:36:00] Speaker A: They had the hiatus too, but they won in 96 and then they won 98, 99, 2000. [00:36:07] Speaker C: Could you imagine? [00:36:08] Speaker A: They won. They won 96, 97, 98, 99, 2000, 2001. They legitimately could have. They could have. [00:36:14] Speaker C: A lot of people think they should have. [00:36:16] Speaker A: They should have. They should have at least had a 4P. [00:36:18] Speaker C: The Braves had 6 Cy. No. 7 Cy Young winners in the entire 90s. And guess how many World Series we won? One. Only one I wasn't even alive, and I'm mad about it. [00:36:34] Speaker A: I mean, seriously, dude, I was talking. [00:36:36] Speaker C: Like Cardinals fans getting mad. Be like, man, Bob Gibson, why didn't he pitch with brother? That was the 60s. [00:36:44] Speaker A: As Schmidt gets Hernandez to chase on a high fastball. All right, that was a good inning from Clark. Schmidt. Good bounce back after the homer. Let's see the bats get something going here. All right, let's see. [00:36:54] Speaker C: Let's say you may have to reset. You're about two seconds behind. He's gonna react to a home run. [00:36:58] Speaker B: He's cry. I get my Twitter notifications or anything. [00:37:03] Speaker A: Yeah, that's why I have my phone and do not disturb. Because every time I'm watching a game, I'll. Occasionally I'll just find myself with my phone on my lap while I'm watching. Then I get a buzz and I look down. Oh, Freddy Freeman walk off. Grand slam. [00:37:17] Speaker C: That didn't happen to me all during. All during the playoffs. I had to put my phone in a different room. [00:37:21] Speaker A: Yeah, I just put it in do not disturb because, yeah, I don't want any texts. I don't want. Cuz let me tell you, you know those memes where it's like my birthday and it's like two text messages is like when Giancarlo Stanton hits a home run. It's like 400 text messages. [00:37:37] Speaker C: I have so many friends. I have so many. I have so funny and AUB fan friend. A Tennessee fan friend. Multiple Ole Miss, in fact, y'all. I'm gonna have to be an Ole Miss fan next year. I apologize. [00:37:47] Speaker A: Why? [00:37:48] Speaker C: My girlfriend's gonna be cheering there next year. So fair. [00:37:51] Speaker A: Oxford's a cool. A sweet spot. [00:37:57] Speaker C: It's a beautiful place. [00:37:58] Speaker A: Aaron Judge has come up with at least one runner on base in the first inning 10 of the Yankees 12 postseason games. He's now 0 for 10 with seven strikeouts. [00:38:09] Speaker C: Jesus. Mr. August, he just so in his head. [00:38:12] Speaker A: Jose Canseco tweets, Aaron Judge needs to be benched. [00:38:18] Speaker C: Jose Canseco should be replied. [00:38:20] Speaker A: Follows me on Twitter just by the way. [00:38:24] Speaker C: Why does he follow you? I don't know. [00:38:26] Speaker A: But another thing. Antonio Brown followed me on. On, on. Or added me back on Snapchat the other day. [00:38:33] Speaker C: That's why I think whatever he sends you, you should not. [00:38:36] Speaker A: I should not reply. Yeah, my. My leg told me about that one. Just kidding. [00:38:42] Speaker C: That is your dad. [00:38:45] Speaker A: Oh, man. My dad's not a lawyer. [00:38:48] Speaker C: I don't know where my dad is. Probably at the Yankees game. [00:38:58] Speaker A: We're in commercial break just by the way right now, waiting for the Yankees to come to bat. Jazz Chisholm leads off, I believe. [00:39:06] Speaker C: Well, while y'all are depressed about that, this free agency pool this year. [00:39:10] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:39:10] Speaker C: Santander, Burns, Soto freed. [00:39:13] Speaker B: Orioles are about to be shambles. [00:39:15] Speaker A: So are we. [00:39:17] Speaker B: No, we're bringing back soda. [00:39:18] Speaker C: Y'all might be in shambles before free agency. I'm gonna be in shambles. [00:39:22] Speaker A: I saw something that the Dodgers were gonna try to make a run for Soto. [00:39:26] Speaker C: I saw that, too. [00:39:28] Speaker B: Passing kind of show. [00:39:29] Speaker A: I will not watch the Major League Baseball next year will be the first year I do not watch. If Soto goes to the Dollars, I'll tell you what. If we lose, if we get swept and Soto goes to ours, that's worse than Kevin Durant. That's way worse than Kevin Durant. Can't beat him. Join him in the. At the highest stage, you get swept and then you go to the dodgers. That is 10 times worse than Kevin Durant. And you would immediately be on the top 10 list of most hated athletes in New York. You'd be the most hated athlete in New York history. So how do you want to be remembered, Juan? [00:39:59] Speaker C: I'm going to keep myself in a little Atlanta bubble because I just need our. Because listen, this could have been a better World Series if I had a full, healthy team. I think we compete against the Dodgers. All I'm saying could be biased all you want. Yeah, it's bias. Get over it. This is baseball. [00:40:18] Speaker A: This is baseball. [00:40:20] Speaker C: We go to Alabama. Of course we're going to be biased for our sports team. [00:40:24] Speaker A: Jazz watches a four seem right down the middle. Two in one count. Although I will say Jazz has been pretty solid here in the World Series. He's swung the bat well the past few games. He had three stolen bases last game. It's really the only reason we had a chance to even come back in that last game. [00:40:41] Speaker C: So I thought y'all were going to do it. [00:40:42] Speaker A: I did, too. I did, too. [00:40:45] Speaker C: Fortunately, Trevino has no pop. [00:40:49] Speaker A: No, I'm not going to put it on him. As Jazz. Three one count hits a high fly ball to center field. And that's going to be caught by Kike Hernandez. One out. Three one pop ups, man. [00:41:02] Speaker C: Three one pop ups. No, I think in this scenario, you almost have to Auto take almost something going. [00:41:10] Speaker A: I mean, seriously, get something going. [00:41:13] Speaker C: What's up now? Is it Volpe? [00:41:14] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:41:14] Speaker A: Yes. Volpi. And then Rizzo and then Trevino and then Verdugo. So it's righty, lefty, righty, lefty, righty, lefty at least. Hopefully Volpe can get something going. [00:41:28] Speaker C: Hopefully Walker can go into regular season form and absolutely suck it up. [00:41:36] Speaker A: Volpe watches Strike one. [00:41:43] Speaker C: Second inning. [00:41:43] Speaker A: Man, I know it's a long. It's not over till it's over, but 27 hours. [00:41:49] Speaker C: If it makes you feel any better, I got to watch 162 games of disappointing baseball from like, the. One of the greatest teams of all time. [00:42:01] Speaker A: You feel better because I've watched tons of seasons of disappointing baseball from the New York Yankees. [00:42:10] Speaker C: I've learned that the Braves have to be disappointing during the regular season if they want to perform in the postseason because 100 wins just won't do it. So next. [00:42:26] Speaker A: Small little. Just drop. Just drop the mouse. [00:42:30] Speaker C: Don't get mad, Luke. [00:42:31] Speaker A: I'm not mouse. Three, two, count here on Volpe. The Yankees are stringing together some decent at bats here. 50 pitches, 32 pitches. So I guess he had 27 to start or 20, 20. [00:42:43] Speaker C: You said he had 30 at the end of the first inning. [00:42:46] Speaker A: Yeah, I think I was wrong. I think he had 27 as full count. He just strikes out again now. [00:42:55] Speaker C: You need 2017. Rizzo. Right now. [00:43:03] Speaker A: The bats just are not coming. Al. [00:43:11] Speaker C: I. I don't really have a lot to say. I'm not. [00:43:14] Speaker A: Yeah, I mean, start banging his mic. Yeah. This is getting real. [00:43:20] Speaker C: If. If Luke was here, I'd have a little bit of backup. Be like, okay, we can be. We can root for the nl, But I've got two Yankees fans in here. One from New York. I don't want to. Yeah, I'm not going to let my Southern hospitality try to find the bigger pictures because. Because y'all might flip out on me. So I'm just gonna. [00:43:37] Speaker A: We need to figure out a way. [00:43:38] Speaker C: To sit here and play. [00:43:39] Speaker A: Can win. Rizzo swings over that one. It's one and two. Honestly, we might have to just end the show here after this happening. I mean,751. We started a little bit early anyway, so. [00:43:54] Speaker C: I thought you were saying that out of depression. No, I've got an hour already. [00:43:57] Speaker A: 40, 40%. I mean, 80% is because it's 752, and 20 is because this is really starting to get me frustrated, and I don't want to. And Rizzo strikes out a disgusting inning from Yankees hitters. Walker Bueller looks like a good pitcher right now, and I'm angry we're making. [00:44:19] Speaker B: Him look like 2021. Bueller. [00:44:21] Speaker C: For everyone who is not a Yankees fan or Dodgers fan listening to our show, baseball's fun. The first Game was very fun. We will be giving our thoughts on the World Series next Monday. Going into free agency, probably. My thoughts maybe morning. [00:44:37] Speaker A: I hope my thoughts are good thoughts. If I come in here after a sweep youp'd have to really be careful with the words I choose. [00:44:50] Speaker C: You come in here after a sweep, then you need to go into the second room and don't plug in the mic. [00:44:54] Speaker A: Yeah, I think. I think I should just pretend I'm doing the show. [00:44:57] Speaker C: I'll give you a high five through the glass. I'll be. I swear I could be a good friend. [00:45:00] Speaker A: Man, oh, man. As much as I love joking about this stuff, I. [00:45:07] Speaker C: It's a little too realistic. [00:45:09] Speaker A: Like, we're on the verge of elimination. [00:45:12] Speaker C: If you want me to. I can be like, a Yankees fan for the next, like, four days and just go through it with y'all, or I can just not text in the group chat. It's just to prevent any further mourning. [00:45:25] Speaker A: You know what? I'm not worried. Good. 27 outs. [00:45:31] Speaker C: Yeah, 21 now. [00:45:33] Speaker A: 27 out to use every out that you get. [00:45:35] Speaker C: Mm. You're getting good at bats. You're getting good at bats. [00:45:38] Speaker A: You're gonna get them to the bull bats. They finished with strikeouts. Rizzo, this was a very feeble. I bet. [00:45:43] Speaker C: But knowing David Roberts, he's got probably. [00:45:46] Speaker A: What? I mean, that was a three pitch. He's probably got, like, about 35 pitches through two innings. [00:45:51] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:45:52] Speaker A: If you make them work here this next inning, who knows? [00:45:54] Speaker C: You can get him to 70 or even 80 by the fourth inning. If you put together some stuff, you can get him out of there fast. [00:46:01] Speaker A: Get some base runners, get some hits going. We don't. [00:46:03] Speaker C: It's only two runs against the Yankees. Right. [00:46:06] Speaker B: But we're keeping. [00:46:07] Speaker A: That's what. That's. [00:46:09] Speaker C: He's only given up one hit. Just so happened to be. [00:46:12] Speaker A: Almost gotta not make that mistake again. It was horrible location on that pitch. So just. [00:46:16] Speaker C: You have to hope that that Clark Schmidt doesn't give Freddie Freeman. Well, probably a pitch just in general, but a inside fastball. [00:46:27] Speaker A: All right, well, I mean, there's really. Should we try to fit another half inning? I mean, we got a hop. I mean, we really can't. [00:46:35] Speaker C: How much we. We got? Six minutes. [00:46:36] Speaker A: Six minutes. [00:46:37] Speaker C: Well, are the Yankees about to know? The Yankees just finished batting. [00:46:39] Speaker A: Yeah. So I guess we'll see you next week. And y'all. [00:46:44] Speaker C: I'll let y'all know now. I really hope next week if Luke is unable to. I really hope. [00:46:51] Speaker A: Hey, no, honestly, if you're hosting next week. That means it's good because that means I'm staying in New York for a parade, and I won't come back to New York. Come back. So if I'm here next week, that's bad news. If I'm not here next week, that's good news. [00:47:04] Speaker C: Okay, so. So if you're not. [00:47:05] Speaker A: If I'm not here, I'll be at the parade in New York. [00:47:08] Speaker C: All right, y'all. Y'all keep your ESL apps open. And, Luke, in your prayers, please, please. [00:47:14] Speaker A: Keep me in your prayers. And let's go, Yankees. [00:47:16] Speaker B: Yanks in seven. [00:47:17] Speaker A: Let's go. [00:47:18] Speaker C: Go, Braves. [00:47:20] Speaker A: We'll see you next time here on student section mlb. [00:47:22] Speaker C: Have a good weekend.
